| Focus-Hex is a great string for the price. Great control, spin, and durability. It's not the softest string, occasionally after using it for a while I need to switch to a softer string or hybrid it with a syn gut. Signum Pro Poly Plasma has similar playing characteristics with a softer feel. |

I honestly have no idea how this string broke so fast. The 1.18 gauge actually lasted 2 hours longer than the 1.23 gauge for me. I hybrided it with Gosen OG-Sheep Micro 17.
1.23 just has no benefits. 1.18 would be a considerable choice if it lasted longer. |
