Great string, and good price compared to the Alu Power. Still I would rather recommend it for dense string patterns, otherwise it will break quickly. Or you try the 1.30 mm gauge, which will however affect the spin potential and control. Nevertheless great string. It's not as soft as a Signum Pro or Topspin Cyber Flash.

Not as good as the Alu Power, especially in terms of spin potential and durability. I don't expect this string to last more than 5 hours, but a maximum of 2 hours is quite poor from my point of view.

Extremely easy to string, no problems at all. Power is on a good level. For me the best features of this string are control and feel. This is the main reason why I've beem using it as my standard string for about one year now. However I would not recommend this string to players who hit with heavy topspin because that's not what the string was made for. All other players should test this string.

Compared to the Kirschbaum Competition, the Tecnifibre Pro RedCode provides a bit less power and feel. Control is on the same level and spin potential seems a bit better due to the higher stiffness. Overall I prefer the Competition over the Pro RedCode due to its better comfort. After playing with the Pro RedCode I always felt some fatigue (no pain) in my arm. If you're looking for a control string and can provide your power yourself, you should try the Pro RedCode, but you could also consider the Luxilon Adrenaline.

I think this is a very nice poly that works well in a hybrid setup as well as a full bed. I did not find it necessary to lower the tension. Spin is nice, power is there when needed, good control and a consistent hit.

This lacks a bit of the power that Alu Power has but it does have better control and holds tension better as well. If you can generate your own power then this is a great choice.
